Our client is seeking a SR Business Analyst with Maximo experience to support project deliverables

Role - Business Analyst

Anticipated Start Date - December 2, 2024

Initial Contract Term - 12 months

Potential for extension? - Yes

Location - Alberta-based, must be in office minimum 3-days/week

Responsibilities:

• Understand technology needs and objectives to work with SMEs and business users in identifying, documenting, and prioritizing requirements.

• Work with business to identify, understand and document the current state project structure and business processes for automation, and improvement.

• Compile documentation to capture business and technical requirements.

• Work with business stakeholders and 3rd party experts to understand, assess, document

and design the future state business processes and project solution.

• Understand and validate the proposed technical solution against business requirements.

• Define and document business use cases.

• Support business testing of projects solution (e.g. test scripts, user acceptance testing).

Must have:

• 8+ years as a Business analyst with Maximo experience

• Strong ability in process design and mapping with Maximo

• Strong group facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Knowledge of database functionality and data management practices

Nice to have:

•Oracle systems: Oracle Field Service, Customer Cloud Service,

• Integration Cloud Experience with Atlassian’s Jira software

• GIS / Esri / Utility Network

• System integration practices and methods

• Understanding and proven record working with a Utility Network.

• Experience in the Utility Infrastructure Industry.

• Experience in a regulated environment (i.e. Utility).
