Our client is seeking a SR Calypso support analyst with capital market experience for a investment client.

Responsibilities:

Intake and resolve incident and service request cases from business users.
Perform all aspects of the resolution process, including troubleshooting, analysis, implementation, testing, release, documentation, and ongoing support.
Act as the first point of contact for users across front, middle, and back office teams.
Communicate directly with users and other GTD teams to resolve cases efficiently.
Manage multiple competing priorities and work both independently and collaboratively with team members.

Must-Haves:

Functional Consultant (Business Analyst and/or project delivery roles)
5+ years working with Calypso, in an Operational Support role.
Strong financial background with experience in Capital Markets, including knowledge of asset management, public markets, market-traded and OTC products, trade workflows, collateral, and other buy-side functions.

Nice-to-Haves:

Java Development: Experience with Java development, ideally working with Calypso customizations.
SQL Experience: Intermediate SQL experience.
