Our valued public sector client is looking to hire a Sr Network Architect (Secret cleared) to design dynamic routing and multicast for a network transformation project.


Background:


The client urgently requires the services of a highly skilled resource with specific areas of expertise to assist in the completion of a complex network engineering effort as it is a critical enabler for the support C2 project. The current objective is to complete critical foundational network transformation engineering pertaining to dynamic routing, Multicast and Quality of Service (QoS) and transition them into production.


Tasks:


  • Review the proposed architecture pertaining to dynamic routing and Multicast and suggesting modifications as needed.
  • Guide others in the implementation of the new topology, transferring knowledge as needed.
  • Guide the selection of technologies used to implement into the production environment.
  • Guide others in the implementation of the chosen technologies into a prototype network.
  • Provide technical information to staff documenting the project.
  • Other tasks as may become necessary during the run of the project.

Must haves:

  • Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification
  • MPLSomGRE in a Type 1 encryptor environment - 8 years
  • Cisco DNA Center,-Cisco ISE, Cisco SNA, Cisco routers and switches, Cisco Firepower Threat Defence - 5 years
