Description
Sr Scrum Master to facilitate the Agile development process and ensure that the Scrum framework is followed for our large telco client -007178
Location- Toronto (3 Days on site)
Duration- 12 Months
# of positions - 1
- Responsible for facilitating the Agile development process and ensuring that the Scrum framework is followed.
- They work closely with the development team and product owner to ensure that user stories are properly defined and that the team has a clear understanding of project goals and priorities.
- They also organize and lead daily Scrum meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, and help to identify and remove any obstacles that may be hindering the team's progress.
- 2 Agile teams, 2 main products (lot of front end (Dynamics) reaching out to the PO and the QA).
- Standard agile ceremonies, retro and demo, 3 weeks Sprint.
- Experience with IOS, Media or TV would be a plus. Experience at a large telco also would be an asset.
Must Haves
- 8+ Years experience as a Scrum Master
- Experience with Media or Tv / Telco
- Running Agile Ceremonies & Retro/Demo meetings
