Sr. Archer Engineer to enhance and customize the Archer platform for a large insurance client - 5059

Duration: 6 months (possibility for extension)

Location: Hybrid, Toronto or Waterloo

We are looking for an Archer Engineer with a strong technical background to join the Archer project team within Corporate IT. In this role you are the Archer technical expert exposed to a variety of projects and assignments to enhance and customize the Archer platform.

Must Have Skills:

• 5+ year experience as an Archer Engineer
• Experience with JavaScript
• Experience with SFTP/network protocols and Azure ADFS/SSO
• Have the RSA Archer certification - Archer Certified Administrator - Expert
• Experience with progressive information technology with full application development life cycle and systems integration

Nice To Have Skills

• Finance/Insurance industry experience
• GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) knowledge

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide Subject Matter Expert knowledge and share technical expertise on Archer Initiatives
• Assist in enhancing the architecture and design of solutions in the Archer platform, expanding core applications or creating customized scripts or applications as needed to meet business requirements
• Identify any gaps and issues, and take proactive ideas that align with project objectives.
• Perform Impact Analysis on proposed changes
• Develop/Configure on the Archer Platform

Note: May require occasional weekend work or outside of business hours for implementations
