Description
Our client is Canada's largest retailer. They are looking for a Sr. Product Owner to support Variance Management within IBM ODM (Operation Decision Manager).
Duration: 1 Year
Location: Brampton or North York (4 days/week onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Support the Variance Management portfolio bringing a strong understanding of business requirements and business roles to provide recommendation, guidance, and support to variance management initiatives.
- Conduct analysis on operational decision manager for variance management to identify issues and understand and manage business rules and needs of business stakeholders.
- Gather requirements from business units and stakeholders and collaborate with 3rd party vendors to ensure correct solution delivery, execution, analysis, and management is achieved.
Must Haves:
- 5-7+ years of Business Analysis/Product Owner experience
- Experience with Rule-based Decision Management tools like IBM ODM (Operation Decision Manager)
- Strong understanding and experience with Variance Management
- Agile/Scrum
