Sr. Secret Cleared Business Analyst to evaluate an existing digital communications platform and provide option analysis for future state.

Our valued Public Sector client requires a Sr. Secret Cleared Business Consultant to evaluate an existing digital communications platform and provide option analysis for future state, focusing on the following mandatory components: Web content management system (WCMS), Digital Asset Manager (DAM), campaign management, Web and data analytics and personalization and testing.

Tasks, but are not limited to:

• requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis;
• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true business needs
• Examine client current software needs in digital communications
• Document current workflows and processes
• Gather functional requirements from affected stakeholders across the communications branch
• Identify and evaluate critical success parameters, factors, and performance measurements
• Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions, ;
• Provide a recommendation on an integrated or modular solution
• Work with IT to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture
• Determine the impact on the communications branch
• Identify candidate processes for re-design
• Prototype potential solutions
• Eliminate task and process redundancies

Must haves:

• Secret Clearance
• 5+ years experience supporting large scale enterprise application development
• 5+ years of experience in working with a Data science
