The Software Deployment Specialist will play a key role in our deployment team as well as our support and training team, to sustain our growth and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

The mission will be to ensure smooth operations, providing technical assistance, and maintaining effective communication with both internal teams and external clients.

The Software Deployment Specialist will be responsible for delivering the product to new customers by assisting them with the installation, coordinating and supporting their implementation projects (data loading, workflow review, configuration, training, documentation, etc.).

Duties and Responsibilities:Deployment Assistance:
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and guide them through the software deployment process.
  • Assist in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting the software on client systems.
Implementation Support:
  • Work closely with project managers and development teams to ensure successful software implementation.
  • Provide training to end-users on software functionality and best practices.
Technical Troubleshooting:
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Log and track reported errors, ensuring timely resolution.
Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of software installations, configurations, and changes.
  • Prepare project-related documentation, including presentations, agendas, and reports.
Project Coordination:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage project tasks, schedules, and milestones.
  • Minimize project risks and ensure adherence to project scope.

Requested skills

Qualifications:
  • Graduate degree or equivalent field experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Access, MS SQL Server and other relevant software applications.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and integrated software tools.
  • Prior experience in customer service, project support or software implementation.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
  • Bilingualism English-French.
  • Travel as needed in Canada and the United States of America.
