Description
- Design personalized therapeutic stimulation activities adapted to the needs of people living with a neurocognitive disorder (cognitive, sensory, physical stimulation, etc.) in their homes
- Write regular reports on the progress of interventions and the evolution of clients
- Participate in team meetings to discuss files and exchange with other specialists in therapeutic activities
- Communicating with families, providing them with information on the company and resource persons
- Maintain an inventory of stimulation materials and time sheets
- Interest in the field of animation, recreation, recreology, special education, gerontology, health, social work Or be a student or graduate in any other equivalent field
- Familiarity with neurocognitive disorders, Alzheimer's disease and the person-centered approach
- First experience with clients living with a neurocognitive disorder is desired
- Ability to travel throughout the island of Montreal
- Fluency in English is required to provide spoken assistance to non-French-speaking clients representing around 40% of the Company's clientele
