Following the major growth of Soft Tex Pillows, we create a new administrative technician position.

The objective of that position is to support the different functions of Soft Tex. You will help all the sections, including production, general management files, shipping and human resources.

Here’s more precisely what will be your tasks:

  • Receive orders from the customer in the system;
  • Prepare stickers for shipping;
  • Request transportation for our production with a computer system;
  • Create and send purchase orders (PO);
  • Classify files, either physically or in our network.

Requested skills

To be successful as an admnistrative technician, here are the requirements :

  • Have an excellent structure;
  • Be confortable with different computer systems;
  • Knowledge of the Office suite;
  • Appreciate wearing different hats in a company (purchasing, production, operations, HR);
  • Have an intermediate French.

Schedule :

40 hours / week
