Your responsibilities

As a Production Logistics Manager / Planner, you will play a key role in managing our supply chain and production. Your main tasks will include

- Production planning: Develop and update schedules taking into account customer requests, production capacities and deadlines.

- Order management and customer service: Ensure rigorous follow-up of orders to provide irreproachable customer service and maximize customer satisfaction.

- Transport logistics: Coordinate and optimize transport activities to ensure punctual and efficient deliveries.

- Process analysis and optimization: Identify and implement improvements in logistics and production processes.

- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with production and sales teams to ensure smooth coordination of operations.

What we are looking for

- Significant experience in production planning and production logistics management (customer service), ideally in an industrial environment.

- Excellent organizational skills, effective management of priorities and ability to meet tight deadlines.

- Ability to solve complex problems independently and proactively.

- Strong customer focus, combined with the ability to work as part of a team.

- Good command of IT tools (Excel, ERP systems, etc.).
