Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and lead a forward-thinking global demand generation strategy that aligns with the SOTI’s long-term growth objectives and sales targets.

  • Spearhead the conceptualization and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, email marketing, social media, and events, ensuring cohesive and compelling messaging.

  • Collaborate with the senior leadership team to define strategic KPIs and metrics that measure and drive the effectiveness of demand generation efforts.

Integrated Campaign Leadership:

  • Architect and oversee the execution of sophisticated, multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to generate high-quality leads, nurture prospects, and drive conversions.

  • Leverage advanced marketing automation tools and CRM systems to orchestrate and optimize campaign performance, lead scoring, and pipeline contribution.

  • Ensure seamless integration of brand messaging and positioning across all marketing initiatives, enhancing brand equity and market presence.

Sales Synergy and Enablement:

  • Forge a strong partnership with the sales organization to ensure strategic alignment between marketing and sales objectives, processes, and targets.

  • Design and implement robust sales enablement programs, including efficient lead handoff processes, targeted sales training, and the creation of high-value sales collateral.

  • Provide strategic insights and regular feedback to sales leadership on lead quality, campaign impact, and market opportunities.

Advanced Data Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilize sophisticated analytics and reporting tools to track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance, lead generation metrics, and overall marketing ROI.

  • Deliver strategic performance reports to the executive team, highlighting key insights, trends, and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Drive a culture of experimentation through A/B testing and other data-driven methodologies to enhance campaign effectiveness and conversion rates.

Leadership and Team Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing demand generation team, fostering a culture of innovation, strategic thinking, and continuous improvement.

  • Establish clear performance goals and provide strategic direction, coaching, and development opportunities to team members.

  • Manage strategic relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure the execution of high-quality marketing initiatives.

Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis:

  • Conduct strategic market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape insights.

  • Leverage market intelligence to inform and refine demand generation strategies, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of industry developments.

  • Continuously monitor and assess industry trends and competitive dynamics, adjusting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • 10+ years of strategic experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or related roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.

  • Proven success in developing and executing high-impact demand generation strategies in a SaaS or technology environment focused on B2B sales.

  • Deep understanding of advanced digital marketing channels, tactics, and best practices, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and email marketing.

  • Proficiency in sophisticated marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into strategic insights.

  • Superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders.

  • Strong strategic leadership and team management capabilities, with a focus on innovation and continuous development.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple strategic projects simultaneously.
