Location: Mississauga, Ontario, Canada

Work Model: Hybrid, 3 days in-office

Are you passionate about crafting intuitive, enterprise-grade interfaces for web and mobile apps? We're looking for a talented Product Designer to join our dynamic team!

In this role, you’ll work on cross-functional collaboration, prototyping, and ensuring both accessibility and brand consistency across all our digital products. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in a fast-paced, innovative environment, helping shape the future of user experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Execute user experience design as a part of a global UX team

  • Work collaboratively with remote and local Dev and Product teams

  • Create interactive journeys that account for different users, various abilities and multiple circumstances

  • Articulate creative, user-centric, interactive solutions by taking design thinking methodology

  • Meet deadlines in a fast-paced development environment

  • Perform research to establish benchmarks and obtain data on industry and technology and interaction design trends

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years’ experience in Product design roles with focus on UX and data visualization

  • Experience with UX design for complex workflows for technical customers or niche user bases

  • Experience in responsive design

  • Fluent with prototype tools

  • Experience of collecting, measuring, analyzing and presenting Usability Metrics

  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organization, logic and analytical skills

  • Passion for enhancing user satisfaction and constant interaction between the user and the product

  • Desire to continually learn and share knowledge

  • Strong project management experience is a plus

  • An online portfolio demonstrating samples of enterprise work and design process
