What You Will Do

  • Develop and grow revenue through consultative selling with enterprise clients and prospects in the Fortune 500 space.
  • Collaborating with the regional sales team consultatively with clients/stakeholders. Helping them to envision the possibility of mobility
  • Perform production demonstrations that articulate the business and technical value of SOTI solutions to C-Level audiences.
  • Educate on and facilitate SOTI solutions that effectively address business and technical outcomes.
  • Present the solution architecture, including all technical aspects of the product and supporting systems.
  • Provide pre-sales technical support, installing and configuring complex enterprise software solutions during POC to prospective customers.
  • Communicate with internal product development teams to resolve product issues & generate recommendations for product roadmaps (feature requests).
  • Respond to RFPs, take ownership of the RFP process, and work with a cross-functional team.
  • Perform as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) of SOTI products and assist other sales engineers.
  • Analyze SOTI's market segment (industry knowledge) and provide recommendations to the sales team.
  • Assist new partners with onboarding and provide continuous development to raise their level.
  • Contribute to Strategic Partner QBRs & review Sales Engineering alignment for revenue generation.
  • Take the technical lead on corporate Trade Shows & Webinars.

Experience You will Bring

  • Minimum of 5+ years of work experience with experience related to mobile device management solutions and enterprise mobility (Android, iOS, Linux, Windows), BYOD, and SaaS.
  • Minimum of 3 years prior experience working as a pre-sales / sales engineer.
  • Able to plan, prioritize and organize workload, consistently working within service standards and agreed objectives.
  • Strong knowledge of computer networking principles (DNS, IP network, Firewalls, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of Single Sign-On (SSO), Identity Application Management (IAM), Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), the Identity provider (IdP), certificates, encryption, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, and identity management systems.
  • Knowledge of certificate authorities, certificate management & distribution, and encryption methodologies (SHA1/2, TLS, etc.).
  • Strong understanding and experience with Databases (i.e., MS SQL server, MY-SQL, MongoDB, etc.).
  • Good understanding and/or knowledge of business processes & sales cycles.
  • Understanding of Rest APIs and coding (i.e. Java Scripting, HTML, etc.).
  • Understanding and hands-on experience with containerization and virtualization.
  • Work autonomously with minimum supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with demonstrated ability to communicate the complexities of technical programs.
