Maintenance, Reliability and Environment Manager

As Director of Maintenance, Reliability and Environment, you will play a key role in the strategic and operational management of our organization. You will lead a team dedicated to ensuring equipment reliability and availability while guaranteeing compliance with environmental and safety standards. Your leadership will be crucial to keeping our operations efficient, safe and environmentally friendly.

Equipment maintenance and reliability:

• Pursue and adjust the strategic vision for preventive and corrective maintenance, in alignment with organizational goals.
• Oversee the planning and execution of maintenance programs to ensure maximum availability of equipment and critical infrastructure.
• Implement maintenance management systems to monitor performance, identify trends and anticipate future needs
• Maintain and constantly improve the level of service offered to operational departments to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency
• Continuously evaluate and improve maintenance processes to optimize performance and reduce costs

Team and Resource Management:

• Recruit, train and mentor a talented team of maintenance professionals
• Efficiently allocate human and financial resources to optimize maintenance operations
• Provide inspiring and motivating leadership to foster a collaborative and safe work environment
• Actively participate in the management of his team's working relationships in conjunction with the operations team.

Environmental management :

• In collaboration with various departments, ensure compliance with relevant environmental and safety regulations
• Develop strategies to reduce carbon footprint and promote sustainable use of resources
• Integrate environmental practices into maintenance processes to support the organization's sustainability objectives.
