As a Methods Technician, you play a crucial role in our manufacturing team. You are responsible for developing safe work methods to ensure compliance with production standards. You also support the production launch of new sports products and ensure the productivity of existing products. Your collaboration with the production, tooling, quality, and engineering departments is fundamental.
In more detail, you will:
- Develop, improve, and revise instructions and work methods to ensure that manufactured products meet the requirements set out in quality control plans, technical drawings, and the manufacturing process.
- Train and provide technical support during the production launches of new products.
- Provide technical support for the existing product line and propose various improvements to increase productivity, enhance reliability and quality, while respecting ergonomics and safety standards for workers.
- Conduct time studies to determine standards for setups and production rates.
- Develop, improve, and revise assembly instructions to optimize production rates.
