Position: Assistant Store Manager
Responsibilities:
- To effectively assist the Store Manager in the execution of his/her duties in order to achieve the company's goals.
- To help the store manager meet his budget and exceed his sales objectives.
- Assist the Manager in controlling the hours budget without exceeding the determined plan
- Assist the Manager with the recruitment, hiring and training of candidates who will meet the high standards and integrity of the company
- Ensure associates are trained to provide outstanding customer service.
Skills:
- Must have a proven track record of excellent customer service
- Experience in a similar position
- At least 2-5 years experience in a retail environment
