Job Description:
**this role is a temporary 12 month assignment
Prospr by Sun Life is on an exciting journey to create a hybrid human and digital advice channel powered by a team of advisors and supported by a digital engagement platform.
As a successful candidate, you will help develop and implement our strategic plans and execute on our tactical business plans; by providing operational support across the Strategy and Business growth team’s 3 key pillars of health, wealth and protection. Ultimately helping to drive sales success to contribute to Prospr’s growth.

What will you do?
Reporting to the Director, Business Growth and Strategy, Prospr by Sun Life, you will be asked to wear many hats and contribute across several functions, including:
Executing on Vendor/ Partnership reporting and administration of monthly billing and data request.
Reviewing and reporting on Client campaign engagement/ sales activities.
Updating and presenting to key stakeholders on progress of campaigns and sales activities.
Creation of compelling sales resources, including emails and other marketing materials, to empower the sales team in their efforts to drive revenue and engage clients effectively.
Sorting through and ensuring the integrity of data on the Salesforce CRM, ensuring accurate and reliable information for effective sales and business decisions.
Accurate and efficient entry of leads data into the Salesforce CRM and collaborate with team members to continuously improve distribution workflows.
Work with other team members to develop net new pilot projects, test plans, and campaign strategies.
Analyzing data using reporting functionality of the Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Excel and leveraging insights to drive informed business decisions and work with team members to drive strategic initiatives.
Foster and maintain collaborative relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to support the achievement of deliverables and overall objectives.
Ability to prioritize competing requests from multiple partners and multi-task a variety of requests at one time
Support inquiries from key internal and external partners and provide timely responses
What you need to succeed?
Proven experience in data analysis and reporting, preferably using the Salesforce CRM, Tableau or another similar platform.
Proven balance of analytical and creative problem-solving skills, ability to focus on the critical business issues in a data-driven and fact-based manner.
Understanding of CRM data structures and integrity principles and proficiency with extraction and manipulating data with Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
Strong communication skills and understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, and A/B testing.
Strong time management skills
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and deliver timely insights.
Education or experience in a relevant field, such as, Business Analytics, Data Science, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Confident, charismatic relationship-builder with dynamic and compelling influencing skills
Ability to effectively manage relationships across the organization to deliver on key business targets and related business outcomes.
Strong team player
Consistent and dedicated work ethic with the ability to prioritize and meet tight timelines in a complex, fast-paced, and challenging business environment
Driven, with the ability to think critically and have confidence in decision-making.
2+ years relevant financial services experience is an asset.
As this position is posted in several locations, we specify that bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for Quebec only for the frequent interactions with English and French-speaking colleagues or internal partners across Canada or worldwide.

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors. In addition to Base Pay, eligible Sun Life employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance. Certain sales focused roles have sales incentive plans based on individual or group sales results.
