Your tasks will include:
- Interpreting data and information to enhance the financial and operational performance of the organisation.
- Developing the business plan, financial forecasts and variance analysis.
- Propose action plans and strategies to ensure that objectives are achieved.
- Act as a business partner to regional managers.
- Supervise a team responsible for regional financial and administrative transactions.
- Support the development of regional managers.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in written and spoken French and English is required;
- University degree in a related field
- CPA designation (required)
- 5+ years accounting experience.
- Previous supervisory skills
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills are essential for this position, including Microsoft Excel. Exposure to Workday ERP system is considered an advantage.
- Understanding and knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
