Business Development Representative II

About the Role

The Business Development Representative Level II maintains customer relationships, drives vendor initiatives, supports partner enablement, and manages vendor pipelines. You will act as a subject matter expert (SME) on products and programs for the sales organization.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with vendors on strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct vendor training and provide product/program guidance.
  • Track and manage vendor pipelines, qualifying leads, and closing deals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely follow-up and reporting.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of vendor products and industry trends.
  • Analyze data to identify improvement areas and drive results.
  • Use problem-solving and technical knowledge for requests.
  • Participate in sales team account planning and reviews.
  • Attend industry-specific training as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Post-secondary degree/diploma in business or related fields preferred; high school diploma required.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and terminology.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Proficient in basic math, problem-solving, and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse individuals and promote ideas.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
