What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Review and verify customer documentation
  • Create / Format / Edit / Update technical content and diagrams in support of customer documentation
  • Review content changes with internal and external authors
  • Follow / track assigned tasks from start until completion using bug tracking tool

What You’ll Need:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, both verbal and written required
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office required (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Experience with Microsoft Visio, considered highly beneficial
  • Visual design skills to produce appealing, engaging, and detailed documents
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
  • Must demonstrate attention to detail
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize work, and multi-task
  • Knowledge of computer architecture, circuit theory, and integrated circuit design a plus
