You Are:

You are a highly motivated and innovative firmware engineer with a passion for developing cutting-edge technology. You thrive in collaborative environments and excel at problem-solving. With over 5 years of experience in embedded software development, you possess strong programming skills in C/C++ and a solid understanding of firmware development processes. You are adept at working through complex technical issues and have a proven track record of executing projects from start to finish. Your excellent communication skills enable you to work effectively with internal team members and customers alike. You are organized, detail-oriented, and capable of adapting to new challenges swiftly.


What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Developing firmware for embedded microprocessors in current and next-generation SerDes products.
  • Designing, developing, and testing C/C++ based functions and applications.
  • Interacting with team members during firmware development and debugging.
  • Collaborating with firmware and hardware teams from other sites.
  • Participating in firmware integration, debugging, and silicon hardware bring-up.
  • Contributing to the specification development, prototype test-chips, and state-of-the-art IP products.

What You’ll Need:
  • BSEE or MSEE with 5+ years of embedded software development experience.
  • Excellent firmware development and programming skills in C/C++.
  • Experience with structured firmware development, verification, and documentation processes.
  • Proven track record of executing projects from start to completion.
  • Experience working with internal team members and customers on complex technical issues.
