You Are:You are an experienced Analog & Mixed Signal Circuit Design Engineer with a passion for developing high-speed analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits. You have a deep understanding of transistor-level circuit design, particularly within the realms of CMOS and FinFET technologies. You are adept at creating innovative solutions to meet power, area, and performance targets while ensuring reliability and protection against ESD and Latch-Up. Your expertise spans across various sub-circuits such as receive equalizers, serializers, deserializers, voltage-controlled oscillators, and more. You possess strong analytical skills and are proficient with industry-standard IC design tools and scripting languages. Your excellent communication and documentation skills make you an invaluable team player, able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams of analog and digital designers.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Reviewing JEDEC standards to develop analog and mixed-signal sub-block specifications.
- Identifying and refining circuit architectures to achieve optimal power, area, performance, and ESD targets.
- Proposing design and verification strategies.
- Overseeing physical layout to minimize the effects of parasitics, device stress, process variation, and ESD/Latch-Up protection.
- Presenting simulation data for peer and customer review.
- Documenting design features and test plans.
- Consulting on the electrical characterization of your circuit within the IP product.
- Driving the development of cutting-edge analog and mixed-signal circuits for advanced applications.
- Enhancing the performance and reliability of our IP products, ensuring they meet and exceed industry standards.
- Contributing to the rapid integration of innovative features into our silicon IP portfolio.
- Ensuring the delivery of high-quality design specifications and verification strategies.
- Enhancing the company’s reputation for technical excellence and innovative solutions.
- Influencing the future direction of analog and mixed-signal design within the company.
- Bachelor's degree with 12 years of experience or MSc with 10+ years of experience in analog design.
- In-depth familiarity with transistor-level circuit design and CMOS design fundamentals.
- Experience with FinFET technologies.
- Detailed design experience with DDR or SerDes sub-circuits such as receive equalizers, samplers, voltage/current-mode drivers, and more.
- Experience with ESD protection, ESD network analysis, and debug.
- Familiarity with custom digital design and high-speed logic paths.
- Knowledge of design for reliability including EM, IR, aging, etc.
- Knowledge of layout effects including matching, reliability, proximity effects, etc.
- Experience with tools for schematic entry, physical layout, and design verification.
- Knowledge of SPICE simulators and simulation methods.
- Proficiency in Verilog-A for analog behavioral modeling and simulation-control/data-capture.
- Experience with scripting languages such as TCL, Perl, C, Python, MATLAB.

The Team You’ll Be A Part Of:You will be part of an R&D team developing high-speed analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits for DDR/LPDDR PHY, High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) PHY, Universal Chiplet Interconnect Express (UCIe) PHY, and Mobile Storage PHY IPs. Our team is composed of talented analog and digital designers from diverse backgrounds, working collaboratively in a best-in-class design environment with a full suite of IC design tools, supplemented by custom in-house tools and supported by an experienced software/CAD team.
