Synopsys is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Senior R&D Engineer with programming skills to work in a dynamic global CAD team.
Will be responsible for designing, developing, troubleshooting, or debugging software programs, as well as acting as a leader for the team. The candidate will drive the development project from the beginning to the end: including coding, organizing meetings, working with other teams, and creating specifications. Communicate clearly with team members and other teams from around the world.

Key Qualifications
- BSEE with at least 5 years of industry experience in R&D Engineering activities.
- Strong knowledge of EDA tools and analog design,
- Strong programming skills in Python, Tcl, Bash scripting, etc.
- Background in algorithms and data structures
- Knowledge of simulation flows
- Experience in the development of complex software projects,
- Experience in programming software for operating systems
- Good analysis and problem-solving skills
- Strong desire to learn and explore new technologies
- Prior knowledge and experience of CAD tool development is a big plus
- Must have strong communication skills
