Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high-quality communication with clients and insurers.
  • Identify client risks and needs.
  • Negotiate with insurers on behalf of clients.
  • Advise on insurance products that meet client needs.
  • Assist clients during renewals.
  • Analyze financial information.
  • Provide an exemplary client experience aligned with our values.
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Requested skills

  • Education and Experience:

    • Valid license in personal insurance (AMF).
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in group insurance.
    • University degree or equivalent experience.
    • Proficiency in Office 365. TAM is an asset.
    • Fluency in both French and English, spoken and written.

  • Required Skills:

    • Excellent listening skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to build trust-based relationships with clients.
    • Aptitude for negotiation and risk analysis.
    • Team player with the ability to work independently.
