School Bus Operator (Competition #S1920-1560)

Wolf Creek Public Schools is actively recruiting a School Bus Operator for a permanent route in Blackfalds, Alberta. Duties to commence January 6, 2025. Applicants must have experience driving a school bus Valid Class 1 or 2 operators License S Endorsement or MELT 2-S as well as a clean drivers abstract and be in good physical health Ability to pass an in-house school bus driver evaluation First Aid Certification is strongly recommended but can be obtained through WCPS once hired As well, the successful candidate must be able to produce a satisfactory vulnerable sector check (Current within six months) Details: The Blackfalds 6 route is approximately 21 km's per day. First pickup at approximately 7:25 A.M. Seniority, familiarity with the route/area, and proximity to the route will be considered throughout the decision-making process. The successful applicant will be eligible for benefits. This competition is open to both within and outside of the Wolf Creek School Division.
