Assignment:
Full-time 1.0 FTE temporary teaching position
Instructing in Junior High Numeracy and Literacy Intervention
Duties will commence on August 28, 2024, and continue for the remainder of the 2024/2025 school year.
Qualifications:
Experience teaching Literacy and Numeracy Interventions would be considered an asset
Literacy and Numeracy background
Ability to work with multiple grade-level teams
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Willingness to work in a team-oriented learning environment
Experience working collaboratively with classroom teachers to support the development and delivery of programming for students with diverse needs
Ability to differentiate instruction to meet a wide range of special and individual needs
Effective classroom management
Commitment to ongoing professional growth
