WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
We know you're familiar with the day-to-day life of a parts clerk, which is why we'd rather talk to you about what makes this position Out of the Ordinary.
With us, you won't just be answering and billing parts requests from customers and mechanics. You'll play a key role in satisfying and retaining our valued customers. Every interaction will be an opportunity for you to help and excel, while building a lasting relationship of trust.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
- A DEP in parts sales or consultative sales or similar.
- Experience as a parts clerk or in a similar role.
- You have a real passion for heavy trucks and parts, and you're curious?
- Strong customer service skills and interpersonal skills: You like to help others, listen to their needs and offer appropriate solutions with courtesy and professionalism.
