Class 1 Driver (Day) - Laval
Day shift, flexible hours: Thursday to Sunday OR Friday to SundayDescription :We are looking for talented and dedicated drivers with exceptional customer service to join our delivery fleet. We offer an excellent training program, specialized equipment and growth opportunities.
Job summary:
- Start and finish your work at our Laval terminal
- Delivery of products to various points of sale within greater Montreal and its surrounding areas
- It is necessary to unload the requested products with each delivery.
- Ensure delivery to customer is completed in a timely, safe and professional manner
- Ensure accuracy and record all deliveries on the timesheet
Responsibilities and requirements:
- Valid class 1 license
- Must be comfortable with city and highway driving, regular sharp turns, reversing into narrow platforms
- Ability to regularly lift weights up to 23 kg or 50 lbs
- Good UVU rating, good record and successful criminal background search
- Follow company rules and requirements regarding safety and hours of service
- Excellent customer service skills
