Description

Today, we are looking for a Truck Refrigeration Specialist to carry out repair and maintenance work.

What we offer:

• Permanent full-time position: 50 hours weekly
• Daytime schedule: Monday to Friday
• Work Location: Dorval, QC

Responsibilities:

• Investigate the cause of faults using the necessary testing instruments and make a diagnosis.
• Use service manuals to confirm diagnosis.
• Plan the steps of the work to be carried out correctly in order to ensure a one-time delivery.
• Inform the garage manager of the estimated cost of the repair and the repair time.
• Replace defective parts and assemble the device.
• Carry out the check and adjustment of the device after the repair.
• Prepare work reports indicating repairs carried out.
• Other related tasks.

Work environment

Requested skills

• Training and/or experience in mechanics/HVAC required.
• 3 years of experience in refrigerated transportation (preferred).
• Basic tools with tool storage.
• Valid driving license.
