What does this role involve?

• Assess raw material and packaging requirements, in collaboration with the Business Development Manager and the President.
• Monitor inventory levels (min/max) to anticipate potential shortages and avoid surpluses
• Perform various analyses related to purchasing, deliveries, etc. (e.g. delivery times)
• Write and prepare the necessary purchase orders for raw materials and packaging, and enter them into the system.
• Contact and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices and purchasing conditions
• Check that suppliers are registered on the approved supplier list. Consult with quality assurance coordinator to validate inclusion if necessary
• Monitor deliveries and ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain strong business relationships with suppliers to guarantee product and service quality
• Participate in purchasing-related tasks and business development support as required.
