Your Responsibilities:

  • Configure and support network infrastructure and servers.
  • Install and set up physical hardware (computers, printers, new cables, and network outlets) across our site.
  • Provide documentation on various improvement points as well as user manuals and tutorials.
  • Manage user accounts and provide technical support to all users.
  • Provide first-level technical support to users by answering questions and resolving issues related to software, hardware, and peripherals.
  • Participate in drafting new specifications for applications or other software.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A diploma (DEC, AEC, BAC) in Computer Science.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with Microsoft products such as Windows 8/10/11, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office Suite and Office 365, Active Directory, DNS and DHCP (Windows Server), and Fortinet Firewalls.
  • CompTIA A+, CCNA certification.
  • Network+, Office 365, CCNP certification (an asset).
  • Knowledge or interest in IT security and cybersecurity.
  • Strong observation and analytical skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in French and English for communication with internal and external stakeholders.
