Your responsibilities will include:

  • Establish a relationship and maintain regular, effective contact with the customer to understand their needs and expectations, and guarantee outstanding customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and negotiate contract terms and prices with the customer; update the sales contract and adapt it to market needs as required,
  • Process customer orders in coordination with the production department and the forwarder to guarantee on-time delivery.
  • Carry out cost analysis to identify margin optimization opportunities and propose sales price adjustments.
  • Establish sales plans considering production plans and customer inventory levels, and manage sales performance.
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to strengthen customer loyalty, collect and analyze feedback to improve services;
  • Manage customer orders and accounts receivable in the system.

What we are looking for:

  • DEC in business management techniques, or any other education or experience relevant to the role;
  • 5 years' experience in a similar role;
  • Sales experience in the manufacturing sector;
  • Excellent communication and customer relations skills;
  • Fluency in French and English, for communication with head office and American customers;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
