Your responsibilities :

  • Assist in the preparation of sales documentation for major tenders and participate in their management.
  • Contribute to the identification and qualification of potential subcontractors.
  • Work with stakeholders to analyze bids.
  • Participate in project-related technical meetings.
  • Participate in negotiations of prices and conditions with subcontractors.
  • Assist in the preparation and drafting of subcontracts.
  • Validate legal conformity of contracts.
  • Help organize subcontractor kick-off meetings.
  • Contribute to the management of progress payments and contract amendments.
  • Contribute to the drafting of post-contract correspondence (delays, claims, retro-commissions).
  • Support the monitoring of subcontractors' deliverables.
  • Participate in the closing of subcontracts.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree or DEC in Business Administration, logistics profile, project management or any other combination of experience relevant to the position;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.);
  • Proficiency in French and English, for communication with head quarter and international subcontractors;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
  • Ability to work under supervision and gradually take on more responsibilities.
