Your Responsibilities:

• Reconcile bank account balances in the accounting system.
• Send capital injection proofs to the relevant parties.
• Categorize payroll-related bank transactions, review and validate payroll journal entries;
• Perform currency revaluation for relevant entities during month-end closing.
• Manage corporate credit cards.
• Process various payments to suppliers and other organizations.
• Send month-end account balances to the finance department.
• Register supplier bank accounts with the bank.
• Develop a plan for capital injection.

What We’re Looking For:

• DEC or BAC in Accounting, or any other relevant combination of education and experience.
• 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent treasury management and accounting skills.
• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and SAP. (an asset)
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a constantly evolving environment.
