The procurement intern will support Procurement team, the candidate will be responsible for maintaining and uploading the data in the ERP system, building relationships with stakeholders, and spending data analysis. You will also be responsible for arranging vendor and stakeholder meetings and supporting stakeholders in preparing the procurement-related documents.


You will:
• Serve as a point of contact for purchase requisition, purchase orders and vendor contracts.
• Prepare purchase requisition, purchase order and vendor contracts in the ERP system.
• Coordination with the vendors on the delivery schedules of material and services and provide the Finance Department with the receipts to process the invoices.
• Spending data analysis, preparing and disseminating various procurement reports.
• Data reconciliation of spending data with the annual budget and procurement plan and update the Finance Department with budget deviations.
• Helping the Procurement Director in implementing the newly designed policies and procedures.
• Actively take part in the gap analysis process and suggest improvements.
• Reviewing and processing the approved purchase requisition and ensuring the orders are placed promptly.
• Conduct supplier research and market analysis to identify potential vendors.
• Participate in supplier negotiations and help evaluate cost-saving opportunities.
• Support the development of procurement-related presentations and documents for internal stakeholders.
