This is a dynamic and exciting position for a pharmacist, who will have a chance to work closely with a wide range of multidisciplinary healthcare leaders at UHN across all sites and have oversight of inventory operations with direct reports, working together to provide exemplary care for patients. At UHN, we are dedicated to transforming healthcare delivery by ensuring our patients have seamless access to life-saving medications. We’re seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and motivated pharmacist to join our leadership team as the pharmacy inventory operations leader and play a vital role in optimizing our supply chain operations, our commitment to innovation, patient care, and inventory operational excellence.

The pharmacy inventory operations leader will assist in the management of drug shortages, procurement, storage, and management of pharmaceutical inventory to ensure our pharmacy operates efficiently and complies with all regulatory standards. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to analyze trends to maintain optimal stock levels while reducing waste and ensuring the availability of essential medications
