  • You have relevant customer service experience in a call centre.
  • You have studied/worked in the automobile industry: e.g. technical advisor.
  • You have studied/worked in IT. You have a D.E.C. or equivalent, you are a quick learner and can quickly transmit information.You are proficient in the Windows environment.
