• You have relevant customer service experience in a call centre.
• You have studied/worked in the automobile industry: e.g. technical advisor.
• You have studied/worked in IT. You have a D.E.C. or equivalent, you are a quick learner and can quickly transmit information.You are proficient in the Windows environment. If you see yourself in this profile and you want to accompany our clients in mastering their software, we want to meet you!
