Suggested schedule: 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Role
As the dispatch of the service department, your role will be to receive customer requests, prepare quotes and distribute the workload of service refrigeration technicians.
Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
Prepare work orders and establish schedules for work planning
Prepare quotes and purchase materials
Support service refrigeration technicians in the more complex quote process
Invoice work
All other related tasks
Requirements
Any training relevant to the position (estimating, refrigeration, administration, an asset)
Experience and knowledge in the field of Refrigeration (an asset)
Mastery of the software ( Eye on task, an asset)
Excellent command of the French language both orally and in writing mandatory
English functional
Knowledge of the MS Office suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
