About Our ClientOur client is one of the largest courier companies in all of Canada who is expanding their customer support center in Dorval and looking for skilled customer service focused applicants to join their time.
What You Will Be Doing, as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative:
- Respond to incoming calls and make outbound calls to ensure customer retention and satisfaction;
- Manage and address customer concerns and questions pertaining to deliveries, traces, claims and invoicing;
- Provide customers and internal groups with effective and efficient customer service support;
- Proactively manage and resolve daily customer/client satisfaction issues.
- Answer inbound calls and place outbound calls to customers while adhering to policies and procedures
- Address customer complaints and respond to difficult inquiries
- Approve and process goodwill credit requests
- Communicate daily with Branch Management, Sales and Customer Service to address customer concerns and provide follow up as required
- Process new accounts and update customer information as required

What You Should Have, as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative:
- Customer service/inside sales experience (call center), key account management majority of communication will be via email but some phone calls
- Must be available to work Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am – 9pm.
- Work effectively within a team environment and respectful of needs and contribution of others
- Must be able to type at least 35wpm
- Computer proficiency in MS Office programs: Word, Excel, Outlook(Email)
- Must be bilingual French/English
- Demonstrated ability in self-motivation with the ability to work with limited supervision
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written and listening)
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Ability to work within a team environment
In Return, You Will Receive:
- $20.50/hour + 4% vacation pay
- This role is temp to perm, so it starts as a temp contract for about 4.5 months then turns permanent and this is when you get your benefits.
- Paid weekly every Friday via Direct Deposit – 1 week behind
- Access to a Vertical representative Monday to Friday 8am – 11pm
The Shift You Will Be Working is:
- Monday to Friday
- 8 hour shift, between the hours of 8am – 9pm
- This is an IN PERSON role, hybrid or remote is not available
