As a Sales Representative at Vétérinov, you will work closely with the management team, allowing you to directly influence our business development strategies, product direction, and the methods used to achieve our objectives. You will not only be a key player in managing client relationships but also in implementing strategic projects.

We specialize in designing and manufacturing veterinary equipment aimed at simplifying the daily work of animal health professionals across Canada. Excellence, commitment, and quality are at the heart of everything we do.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Consolidating the current client base and developing new business;

- Creating lists of potential clients, qualifying, prioritizing, and contacting them;

- Acting as an ambassador for the company and its brand;

- Providing optimal service and ensuring a reasonable response time to communications;

- Preparing quotes and managing order follow-ups in collaboration with the internal team (project management, shipping, procurement, etc.);

- Updating the CRM throughout the sales process;

- Participating in trade shows and special events;

- Collaborating in the development of the company’s sales strategies.

Desired Qualities:

- Great listening skills and the ability to understand clients' needs;

- Excellent organizational skills, autonomy, and initiative;

- Excellent communication skills (both French and English);

- Enjoy taking on new challenges;

- Ability to persuade and build trustworthy professional relationships;

- Mindful of personal and company reputation.

Desired Skills:

- Relevant experience in sales/representation;

- Experience in a technical field or knowledge of veterinary medicine (an asset);

- Proficiency in common computer tools (Office / CRM / Google / LinkedIn);

- Bilingual in French and English.

Schedule and Salary:

- Compensation plan to be discussed based on experience (base salary plus commission);

- Remote work or at our offices.
