JOB SUMMARY:
Maintains filing system by providing filing and retrieval services.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school graduation plus additional courses of up to six months or equivalent such as keyboarding and records management;
- Ability to file material in alphabetical/numerical order;
- Good knowledge of Word and Excel programs;
- Must take the medical terminology course according to the set deadline;
- Ability to set priorities;
- Effective communication skills and ability to treat patients, visitors, etc. with courtesy;
- Ability to work independently and as a team member;
- Physical ability to perform assigned duties;
- Good previous work history (performance and attendance);
- Adherence to professional ethics principles, to the Network management philosophy and organizational values;
- Compliance with the rules of confidentiality established by the Vitalité Health Network.
