The Opportunity
Responsible for the day-to-day administrative support to the Human Resources team for respective client group(s) through all stages of the employees life cycle.
Responsible for all general employee questions in respective client group.
The Role
- Responsible for the entry and maintenance of all employee-level information in the HRIS system, including but not limited to, new hires, changes and terminations
- Act as system Onboarding Manager for Wajax and ensure employee documents are completed and collected
- Support Wajax with the administration process of performance management, compensation management, etc. as required
- Support Talent Acquisition group with recruitment activities (job postings, letter of employment, termination letters, etc.)
- Support Shared Service group with creating new HR process maps
- Support HR group with scheduling of Employee Meetings across all lines of business as required (Example: Employee Opinion Survey, Employee Information Sessions, Talent Review Meetings, etc.)
- Responsible for initiating and ensuring the completion of all onboarding and off boarding activities, including but not limited to pre-employment verifications, offer letters etc.
- Assist the HR Manager with other duties as required
- Conduct exit interviews for respective client groups
The Candidate
Education: College Diploma, Human Resources experience is preferred
Work Experience: 2-3 years experience in an administrative positions, Human Resources experience is preferred
Knowledge: Strong computer skills: Visio, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Adobe
