The Opportunity: As an Inside Commercial Representative (ICR), you'll be responsible for taking a high volume of inbound calls, assisting current customers, and closing new customer sales. You'll be the customer's primary contact, maintaining a strong customer relationship and handling service requests while earning monthly monetary incentives for closing new business. 

To ensure we are able to handle our customer's needs, our employees must be punctual, dependable, and reliable. 
Our representatives don't work late night shifts and have limited weekend hours. 

Must live and work in Canada. 

The Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal, written, and keyboarding skills 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel) 
  • High school diploma or GED 
  • Ability to complete a mandatory 6-week paid training 
  • Two (2) or more years of customer service or call center environment experience 
  • Bilingual (French and English) -  For Quebec Applicants: We require a bilingual speaking representative because this role requires frequent interactions and communications with employees, customers and others who are located outside of Quebec.
     

The Location: Remote (attached to the closest office to your location - Anjou, Longueuil, Ottawa, Brampton, Kitchener, Calgary, Edmonton, Sainte-Sophie, Magog, Mount Forest or Sudbury)
The hours: Be able to do an 8h shift during the hours of operations between 7:30am - 6:00pm (EST) - Start time between 7:30am and 9:30am

Start date : March 17th, 2025

The expected base pay range for this position across Canada is $45,000 - $55,000. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
