POSITION CLASSIFICATION: Receptionist
Hours of Work
Monday - Friday 5.5 Hrs/Day
10:00-15:30
Position Summary:
Golden Links Lodge is seeking an enthusiastic, confident, positive, self-motivated team member who is looking to embark on an exciting career in Healthcare Administration.
We are looking for an individual who is reliable, honest, organized, detail-oriented, and has a strong desire to succeed.
- Answer phones and direct calls in a professional manner.
- Greetings to all visitors, family, deliveries, etc.
- Take messages for the Business Office.
- Work closely with the Business Office to assist with inquiries.
- Incoming/outgoing mail distribution
- Maintain filing systems
- Book rooms for events/family/recreation
- Maintaining a clean working environment.
- Maintain facility bulletin boards
- Monitor incoming/outgoing fax
- Photocopying and distribution
- Other duties as required.
Successful Candidates Possess:
- Fluent English Communication skills both written and spoken is required
- Computer literate - Microsoft Word, Excel (Intro), Email, Outlook, Internet Navigation
- Typing speed of 40-50 WPM
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Willingness and ability to be a self-start with the desire to learn and adapt to change easily.
- Enthusiastic, positive and self-motivated
- Must be available Monday to Friday between the hours of 0800 - 1600
