Machine operator with mechanical aptitude and experience

Yourbarfactory is a Quebec-based company in the agri-food sector. Located in Chateauguay, we specialize in the creation and production of custom-made, allergen-free snack bars. In 2024, we produced and sold 100,000,000 bars, both in Canada and internationally!

Job Description:

• Set up and adjust the 4 machines related to the position
• Enter data via touch screens
• Control and manage product compliance
• Clean equipment and the work area
• Use the correct tools according to daily specifications
• Manage non-compliant boxes and cases
• Follow the data provided by the quality team

Candidate Profile:

• Be dynamic

• Speak French
• Be proficient with touch screens
• Have experience with machines

Work Schedule:

• 7.5 hours per day
• 5 days per week
• Monday to Friday

Compensation:

• $22 to $30/hour based on experience (+ $2/h hour for evening shifts, $3/hour for night shifts)
