Kryos, a growing company, is looking for a Branch Manager for our garage at Mississauga.

Under the supervision of our Service Manager, the Branch Manager will work within our service department.

Job description:

  • Supervised and supported the service advisor and the service technicians in the garage and on the road (troubleshoot, repairs and service refrigeration unit for cargo vans and trucks);
  • Supervised the coordination of the subcontractors for the western Canada;
  • Oversee, direct and develop our service technician;
  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch;
  • Ensure successful and timely completion of assigned duties;
  • Review the work progress;
  • Review and approve hours worked;
  • Oversee branch and warehouse appearance, housekeeping, maintenance, and repair;
  • Manage the inventory of tools and equipment for the garage;
  • Provides guidance and training to the service technicians;
  • Ensure employees complete all assigned training in a timely manner.

Working conditions :

  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • On site, Monday to Friday
  • 40 hours/week
  • 8 hours shift / schedule 10:00 - 18:30
  • Group benefits with employer contribution after 3 months
  • Collective RRSP with employer contribution after 3 months
  • Bonus for outcoming calls after work hour ( if applicable )
