ResponsibilitiesHere is a list of the main tasks to be performed:
Reporting to the Regional Director, the Clinical Director’s fundamental role is ensuring complete client satisfaction by seeing to the proper functioning of the clinic’s operations and services. The Clinical Director supports clinical advisors and medical staff by making sure the company’s policies and standards are applied and brand image and customer experience are respected.
As part of our dynamic team, the Clinical Director will be responsible for the following:
Supervising and optimizing the clinic’s operations;
- Administering various beauty treatments;
- Monitoring and achieving the clinic’s performance goals, while expanding and nurturing customer loyalty;
- Ensuring sound daily management of human resources under their charge;
- Guiding, supporting, evaluating and supervising technicians in reaching their objectives, particularly in relation to customer service and sales;
- Ensuring the application of the company’s policies and standards, as well as respecting brand image and customer experience;
- Monitoring the quality of treatments provided;
- Welcoming clients, assessing their needs and providing appropriate advice.
- Performing assorted administrative duties, such as producing reports, taking inventory and orders, preparing work schedules and so on;
- Carrying out any other task necessary to the proper functioning of the clinic.
