pharmaciens et
pharmaciennes qui désire exercer dans des établissements du réseau de la santé dans la région de La Baie-James et de Charlevoix.
Principales responsabilités :
- Participer aux activités de validation et de distribution des médicaments
- Réaliser les activités requises par leur profession en fonction des horaires de travail
- Respecter les lois et règlement reliés à la profession, notamment la Loi sur la pharmacie, le Code des professions, le Code de déontologie des pharmaciens ainsi qu’aux normes émises par l’Ordre des pharmaciens du Québec
- Respecter les procédures internes du département clinique de pharmacie
- Assurer une disponibilité de garde selon l’horaire déterminé par l’établissement

Exigences:
- Détenir un diplôme de doctorat de premier cycle en pharmacie (Pharm. D.)
- Détenir une maîtrise en pharmacie d’hôpital ou une expérience minimale de 2 ans en milieu hospitalier
- Être membre en règle de l'Ordre des pharmaciens du Québec
- Avoir ses accès au DSQ et être en mesure de consulter a distance
- Maîtriser les logiciels GESPHARx8 et NUMERx2
