Missions:
•Supervise the daily operations of the factory to ensure efficiency and compliance with production deadlines.
• Supervise, train and evaluate members of the production team.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality and operational procedures.
• Analyze production performance, identify problems and propose solutions to improve processes.
• Manage raw material inventory and ensure supply needs are met.
• Collaborate with other departments (maintenance, quality, logistics) to optimize operations.
• Prepare and present regular reports on the status of production to line managers.
Profile sought:
• Hold an AEC, DEC or BAC in production management, manufacturing management, industrial engineering or other diploma deemed equivalent.
• Significant experience in team management in an industrial environment.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and safety standards.
• Mastery of IT tools and production management software. What we offer:
